Vaughn Peterson, Founder and CEO of The Cambeo Group, is a proven executive leader with outstanding results in growing businesses in the technology and software sector. Peterson has a strong track record of success in Sales and Revenue Generation over the past decade, and is recognized as the primary driver of revenue and executive responsible for securing dozens of strategic partnerships during his tenure at Attensity Corporation and NexTalk Inc. Peterson has secured strategic industry accounts that include Bank of America, AT&T, TD Bank and Whirlpool. Leading government accounts include CIA, DIA, FBI, SSA and the IRS. Strategic partnerships include IBM, Teradata, Business Objects and Language Line. In addition Peterson brings exceptional experience in Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Human Resources leadership, including executive roles with Nortel Networks during a 10+ year tenure that included numerous VP level positions in Human Resources and Organization Development. Peterson also founded a Management Consulting firm, The DELOC Group, whose client base included, Time Inc., Allied Signal, Honeywell and NASA.  He also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for TenFold Corporation. Peterson will oversee operations of the company, including specific responsibilities for product design, sales and client consulting requirements.

Dr. David Bean, CTO and Director of Engineering, is an extraordinary talent whose capabilities cover the full spectrum of product development, software engineering, information technology as well as linguistics and language focused computing. Dr. Bean has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah, an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, and a BA in French and Arabic from the University of Utah. Dr. Bean has additional interest and graduate study in medical informatics, embedded systems, databases and object oriented languages. Dr. Bean is the inventor on five and has over sixteen pending software patents. He Co-Founded and served as CTO of Attensity Corporation, a world leader in language computing technologies providing cutting edge solutions in customer analytics and response applications. Attensity allows organizations to tap the wealth of data stored in both internal and online sources such as call center notes, emails, customer surveys, blogs, review sites and social media, and use that information to improve the customer experience with their brands. Dr Bean has also served as an IS director, and independent consultant in the healthcare industry. In addition to his role at Cambeo Group, Dr. Bean is an active and highly sought technology consultant and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the University of Utah’s Linguistics Department where he teaches applied computational linguistics. He also enjoys restoring antique tractors and is a certified professional welder.

Hunter Sebresos, Chief Marketing Officer, is a founding partner of Dyvergent, a consultancy focused on innovation within branding and media. He plays the role of translator by converting what’s newest in technology into meaningful and applicable insights for brands. Hunter has an ability to develop great insights by pinpointing what others overlook and by applying a unique prototyping process. His voice on the future of design, media, and interfaces has been sought after by Advertising Age and the Custom Content Council. Hunter recently worked as a Designer and Visual Strategist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he was engaged in creating public exhibition projects, designing spaces, and establishing a design studio culture within his group. Previously an Art Director at Richter7 of Salt Lake City, he produced award–winning campaigns, featured in The One Show, the Addy awards, and the New York Festivals. He has also worked for Crispin Porter + Bogusky and DDB New York. Hunter is an MFA graduate from the Media Design program at Art Center College of Design—one of the nation’s top programs emphasizing design within new media. Past advertising clients include Subaru, Volkswagen, Diet Pepsi, Virgin Atlantic, Siemens Medical and Cigna. He also holds a BA from Brigham Young University where he majored in Advertising with a Graphic Design minor. As a student, he was named one of the top twelve Advertising students in the nation by the American Advertising Federation. He is also a U.S. Marine Veteran.

Gordon Creer, Chief Financial Officer, brings a wealth of executive financial experience having served in senior finance positions in multiple industries; financial, software and automotive. Key roles in the financial sector include CFO for Detroit Federal Savings Bank, where Creer directed a successful IPO and set up and managed all SEC reporting. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Detroit Mortgage and Realty. In the technology sector Creer served as Director of International Operations & International Controller for Manufacturing Data Systems where he evaluated and opened new markets and expanded distributor networks in Asia Pacific markets generating increased revenues of 20%. In the Automotive sector Creer served in numerous management roles for Chrysler Corporation with responsibilities in finance, accounting, credit, real estate, pricing, and also strategic planning and international marketing.

Dr. Reid Robison, Vice President of Learning and Development, is a seasoned professional who brings to Cambeo a unique blend of business leadership experience with superior academic credentials.  Dr. Robison has a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA in marketing and management from Northwestern, and a BA from Brigham Young University.  Dr. Robison began his career as the Ombudsman consulting small businesses for the Governor of Utah, then was Vice President and General Manager of the Canadian Operation for O.C. Tanner, and now has taught for Brigham Young University for the past 15 years.  He is an adjunct professor for Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and International Human Resources.  He is also the director of placement for OB/HR students at the graduate and undergraduate level in the Marriott School of Management.  Dr. Robison has published articles on blended learning in the Quarterly Review of Distance Education as well as in the Sloan Consortium’s Blended Learning Research Perspectives. With his expertise, Cambeo can facilitate learning at the customer level without the need for in person consultant intervention.  Dr. Robison also has served in numerous leadership capacities such as President of the Freedom Festival in Provo, an officer the local Rotary Chapter in Burlington, Ontario, a member of the BYU Alumni Board of Directors, and Salt Lake chapter president of the Northwestern and BYU Marriott School Toronto management societies.  He has also served in volunteer service capacities for two years in France and three years in Trinidad and Tobago.
